At GoDocs, continuous improvement isn’t just a goal; it’s a superpower. Recently, a credit union customer was looking for support for C&I deposit account and control agreements (DACA)—a feature initially slated for future development on GoDocs’ product roadmap. While GoDocs was able to support this capability through our Customer Support team, not it as a standard product capability was creating a slowdowns, jeopardizing borrower satisfaction.
Enter Our Superhero: Keith Mayer, VP of Product
Keith spent time with the customer to understand the issue, the urgency and impact of the delays on their borrowers. Working with the Engineering and Legal teams, Keith was able to advance this feature in the product roadmap and get a solution deployed into the platform that would no longer require human intervention.
This heroic effort not only rescued the credit union from their documentation woes but also ensured a software-driven approach to DACA for all customers. The credit union was astounded by GoDocs’ rapid response and unwavering dedication.
