GoDocs, the automation leader in commercial loan document generation, is excited to announce the addition of Brenda Gordon to our growing team of legal, lending, and commercial real estate experts. Gordon is joining GoDocs as General Counsel after serving in a similar role at Vantage West Credit Union in Tucson, Arizona. During her nearly 10 year career at Vantage West, she worked on compliance, governance, and risk management while also helping to expand the legal department. Gordon also held a long-standing position as attorney for Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner where she represented financial institutions including local, regional and national lenders.

Gordon has excelled in both her educational and professional careers. She holds a BA from Mount Saint Mary’s University and a MA and JD from the University of Arizona. In her role as General Counsel for GoDocs, Gordon will provide legal services that help GoDocs fulfill its business goals, maintain compliance with all relevant regulatory agencies, and oversee the accuracy and integrity of all legal matters.
