I am writing to let you know about some non-substantive cleanup changes that will be made to our documents in the near future.
This is the first step in a plan to gradually modernize our documents to to reduce or eliminate redundant and archaic terms (e.g., “WHEREAS” in recitals), and to improve the clarity of some clauses. These changes are not intended to change the meaning of document language or business terms.
